Guests are welcome at Speakers’ meetings throughout the year considering the following guidelines.
The process is as follows:
- With your RSVP, advise us you would like to bring a guest and provide their name. You will receive a confirmation on a first-come-first-served basis.
- A member can bring only one guest at a time and the same guest can only attend 2 meetings from September to May (no guests at the AGM).
- The maximum number of guests at any one meeting is 5.
- The guest fee is $10 (cash only) and will be collected at the meeting upon entry.
- The fee is due whether the guest attends or not as they would be included in the planned seating numbers and refreshments for which we will be charged.
